Job summary

La-Z-Boy is seeking a motivated intern to support the Strategy Department at World HQ in Monroe, MI. You will participate in projects related to Strategy, helping develop business acumen and understanding of La-Z-Boy’s strategic processes.

This internship emphasizes collaboration, hands-on experience, and exposure to senior leadership. It offers a hybrid work model with two remote days weekly and a pathway to broader professional development.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor’s degree program focused on Business with 2-3 years completed.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in a team based environment as well as individually.
• Ability to travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategy Department at La-Z-Boy’s World HQ in Monroe, MI.
• Participate in projects related to Strategy to gain business acumen and knowledge of La-Z-Boy processes.
• Work as part of the team and contribute across different processes within the company.
