Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Monroe, MI, offers a Strategy Internship that supports the Strategy Department on cross-functional projects and provides hands-on exposure to business strategy. You will work with senior leaders and gain practical experience in a collaborative setting.

Interns present outcomes to leaders at season end, develop business acumen, and participate in a hybrid work model with two remote days weekly.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year Bachelor’s degree program focused on Business with 2–3 years completed.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment as well as independently.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) a must.

Responsibilities could include participation in projects related to Strategy.Our goal is to provide the intern with a practical, hands-on experience within Strategy while developing overall business acumen and knowledge of La-Z-Boy business strategy and processes.
