You will translate market dynamics into priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations for where CSI plays and how to win.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Strategic Thinking and analytical rigor to connect insights across workstreams.
• Healthcare industry knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analyses across CSI businesses, products, and priorities.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, portfolio priorities, and differentiation sources.
• Support strategic planning, objectives and key results (OKRs), and leadership reviews.
• Conduct targeted market and competitive insights to inform strategy.
