Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Strategic Thinking – Ability to structure complex business problems, evaluate strategic alternatives, connect insights across workstreams, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Analytical Rigor – Ability to develop fact‑based analyses using quantitative and qualitative information.
• Business Acumen – Ability to understand business models, growth drivers, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and the financial/strategic implications of decisions.
• Healthcare Knowledge – General understanding of healthcare stakeholders, market dynamics, economic drivers, technology trends, and policy considerations.
• Executive Communication – Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise narratives and executive‑ready presentations.
• Technical Capabilities – Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with working knowledge of Teams, Outlook, and Word.
• Execution Orientation – Ability to independently own workstreams and drive from analysis to recommendation.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
