Job summary

RGA is seeking a Strategy Intern to support the Chief of Staff Office within the Enterprise Strategy Office. You will assist with leadership meetings, prepare briefing materials, and help coordinate cross‑department initiatives across the enterprise.

You will conduct structured research, synthesize insights, and assist in planning strategic initiatives. Experience with data visualization, project tracking, and Microsoft Office tools is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, data analytics, or related field.
• Interest in enterprise strategy, business operations or related disciplines.
• Ability to conduct structured research and translate findings into concise insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Copilot; familiarity with data visualization or project-management tools is beneficial.
• Experience preparing presentations or coordinating projects through coursework or previous experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief of Staff Office with leadership meetings, briefing materials, agendas, executive updates, and other priorities that support effective coordination and decision-making across the ESO and enterprise.
• Conduct research and analysis on business, industry, and enterprise topics; synthesize findings into clear insights and materials that support strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Support initiatives that span business units and functions by gathering inputs, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones and follow-ups, and helping maintain alignment across teams.
• Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives by maintaining project plans, trackers, status updates, and documentation and helping identify risks, dependencies, and next steps.
• Develop and refine presentations, summaries, communications, and other materials that translate complex information into clear, concise messages for leadership and broader audiences.
