Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, data analytics, organizational leadership, or a related field.
• Interest in enterprise strategy, business operations, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines.
• Ability to conduct structured research and translate findings into concise, business-relevant insights.
• Experience with data, preparing presentations, or coordinating projects through coursework or previous professional experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be authorized to work ongoing in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief of Staff Office with leadership meetings, briefing materials, agendas, executive updates, and other priorities that support effective coordination and decision-making across the ESO and enterprise.
• Conduct research and analysis on business, industry, and enterprise topics; synthesize findings into clear insights and materials that support strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Support initiatives that span business units and functions by gathering inputs, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones and follow-ups, and helping maintain alignment across teams.
• Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives by maintaining project plans, trackers, status updates, and documentation and helping identify risks, dependencies, and next steps.
• Develop and refine presentations, summaries, communications, and other materials that translate complex information into clear, concise messages for leadership and broader audiences.
