• Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor's or master's program in accounting, finance, economics, business, data analytics, or information systems.
• Foundational knowledge of finance or accounting concepts and a drive to grow business acumen.
• Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Learning mindset and willingness to seek guidance from others.
• Experience with data analytics, visualization, automation, or programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and accounting analyses, reconciliations, reporting, and other team deliverables.
• Gather, organize, validate, and analyze financial or operational data; summarize findings and identify trends, risks, or opportunities.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, workpapers, and other materials for Finance leaders and partners.
• Collaborate with Finance and enterprise colleagues to complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, data analytics, or finance transformation initiatives depending on team assignment.
• Conduct research and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Review work for completeness and accuracy, maintain clear documentation, and communicate progress or issues to your manager.
• Build positive professional relationships and demonstrate curiosity, accountability, collaboration, and a willingness to learn.
