DRW is seeking a Strategy Intern to identify, quantify and develop plans for new business opportunities across our global markets and cutting-edge trading technology. The role anchors with DRW’s strategy team, collaborating with trading, operations and technology to turn insights into actionable business plans.

The internship emphasizes hands-on use of data, AI-assisted tools, and exposure to derivative markets, with guidance from a dedicated mentor and housing support during the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field; expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders required.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools to automate tasks or build analyses.
• Ability to leverage data to quantify new business opportunities.
• Understanding of derivative markets.
• Work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic priorities with DRW leadership.
• Build relationships across trading groups to identify opportunities.
• Drive implementation of new initiatives with desks and project managers.
• Deliver data-based business planning recommendations to senior leaders.
