Role Overview

This internship is ideal for highly motivated MBA students eager to gain hands-on experience in strategy and market insights. As a Strategy MBA Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive market landscaping to identify competitive dynamics, emerging trends, and whitespace opportunities across key segments.
• Contributing to strategic analysis in high-priority growth areas for the company, including sustainability
• Exploring innovative business and partnership opportunities, as well as evaluating potential strategic investments, to support our strategic objectives
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and recommendations for leadership discussions.

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with the areas and concepts below, and would like to develop your skills within Healthineers:

• You are pursuing or recently graduated from an MBA program
• You are interested in understanding how healthcare/MedTech companies work and attaining an ability to confidently engage in conversation within the company across departments, linking our solutions and services to business challenges

The base pay range for this position is:

$66,352 - $99,414 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
