Ahold Delhaize USA in Chicago offers a Strategy Internship designed to expose students to strategic initiatives in a leading omnichannel grocery environment. You will engage with a strategy team to develop recommendations, build analyses, and present insights to stakeholders.

The 12-week, paid internship provides mentoring, leadership speaker sessions, project work, and opportunities to present to company leaders, with pathways to full-time roles within ADUSA.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar field.

• Creative, structured, and objective problem solver, both conceptually and analytically

Department/Position Description

The Strategy Team is driven by putting the customer at the center of all they do and is constantly looking for ways to evolve the omnichannel grocery experience. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, team‑oriented individual who wants to work in an entrepreneurial environment to develop and execute ADUSA's most critical strategic initiatives. The Strategy Intern will work on strategic projects in partnership with a strategy team member, such as:

• Co‑developing strategic recommendations for the organization
• Developing supporting analytics and presentation
• Participating in key team discussions and to share analysis, viewpoints, and rationales
• Assisting with various ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation development, often in partnership with strategy managers and analysts

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $34.20

IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $37.80
