Job summary

ZS Associates is seeking a Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant in the United States to design and deliver data-driven solutions for clients across healthcare and life sciences. You will partner with teams to conduct market research, build analyses, and communicate findings through presentations.

The role emphasizes problem solving, collaborative leadership, and a client-first mindset, with hybrid work and travel as needed for client engagements.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; or 2–5 years of relevant post‑study experience.
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop client solutions.
• Structure and conduct market or desk research to derive insights for client decisions.
• Design analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS software; synthesize results for clients.
• Develop client relationships and act as a key project contact.
• Support program management and status updates; help drive project progress toward goals.
