Job summary

ZS, a global management consulting and technology firm, seeks a Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant to collaborate with experienced consultants and client teams to generate actionable insights, develop forecasts, and evaluate market opportunities.

This role provides exposure to a diverse portfolio and high-growth therapeutic areas such as oncology and ophthalmology, with the chance to mentor Associates and grow within a collaborative, client-first culture.

Qualifications

• Quantitative analysis and synthesis of information.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience with forecasting, market assessments or analytics preferred.
• Life sciences or healthcare exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Structure and conduct market research to derive insights for client decisions.
• Develop forecasting models to assess opportunities and market potential.
• Support pipeline and brand strategy initiatives across multiple brands.
• Create client-ready presentations communicating complex findings clearly.
• Develop client relationships and serve as a key project contact.
• Help manage project plans and timelines with risk mitigation.
