Job summary

ZS is a leading strategy, insights and technology firm seeking a Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, with exposure to oncology and ophthalmology.

You will collaborate with experienced consultants and client teams to generate actionable insights, develop forecasts, and support brand and portfolio strategy decisions, delivering client‑ready presentations and advancing cross‑functional problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of relevant consulting or life sciences experience.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Experience with forecasting or market analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic decision‑making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Structure and conduct market and desk research to derive insights for clients.
• Develop forecasting models to assess opportunities and market potential.
• Support portfolio and brand strategy initiatives.
• Create client‑ready presentations that communicate findings clearly.
• Build client relationships and serve as a point of contact on projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business problems.
• Mentor Associates on projects and teams.
