Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into structured strategies and executable initiatives.
• Lead strategic analysis for service lines, market sizing, and capacity planning.
• Develop business cases, pro formas, and investment analyses for leadership.
• Support enterprise strategic planning aligned with clinical, research, and financial goals.
• Collaborate with chairs and executives to roadmap new and expanding programs.
• Bridge Strategy & Planning with clinical, digital, data, and technology teams.
• Prepare executive briefings and management materials for senior leaders.
• Monitor healthcare and AI trends and assess their impact.
