Job summary

BTS is a consultancy specializing in the people side of strategy. The Director or Senior Director level role focuses on leading strategy-execution engagements with senior clients, shaping capabilities, and driving revenue growth.

You'll direct engagements, design experiences, and supervise teams across multiple projects while building long-term client relationships. The hybrid office-based role involves travel typically 30-50% and leadership development across BTS areas of expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in consulting or related industry.
• Experience in revenue generation or account management.
• Proven ability to build senior client relationships.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of client experiences (workshops, offsites).
• Manage multiple engagements across industries.
• Develop opportunities and expand BTS work with clients or new clients.
• Serve as project and account leader, coaching other BTSers.
