Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategy Director to drive the adoption and commercial success of Crossix Analytics M&O products within key Emerging Biotech accounts. You will collaborate with Account Partners, define market strategies, and communicate value to customers.

You will work with product and marketing to create feedback loops, position products effectively, and ensure early adopters achieve measurable success across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of successful client facing consulting and/or strategy experience.
• 4+ years in a media related role, including media planning and/or buying experience.
• 4+ years in an analytical role.
• Life Sciences experience required.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and working effectively across functions and with peers.
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.

The Role

The Strategy Director will be responsible for the adoption and commercial success of Crossix Analytics M&O products within a set of key Emerging Biotech accounts, including go to market strategy, identifying and removing blockers to sales, and ensuring success of early adopters. In this role, you will work closely with Account Partners acting as a market owner and subject matter expert on Crossix data, methodologies, products, and differentiators. You will participate in mapping out key targets and executing strategic account plans. You will be expected to effectively communicate the value of specific Crossix products to customers in clear and compelling ways. You'll work closely with product and marketing establishing a feedback loop to ensure products are positioned effectively and meeting customer expectations.

What You\'ll Do

Requirements

• 6+ years of successful client facing consulting and/or strategy experience
• 4+ years in a media related role, including media planning and/or buying experience
• 4+ years in an analytical role
• Life Sciences experience required
• Effective communicator, able to write and speak clearly and with confidence
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and working effectively across functions and with peers
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance

Compensation

• Base pay: $125,000 - $300,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
