Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years in strategy consulting, management consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience building market, financial, and operational analyses.
• Proven project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations from objectives, market data, and operations.
• Conduct business analyses to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Support strategic planning with leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets, products, and services.
• Improve operations, boost productivity, quality, and scalability.
