Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in architecture roles.
• Strong logical design skills.

• Experience driving standards adoption.

Responsibilities

• Consults with the business and operations to identify challenges and opportunities to improve the use and effectiveness of technology.
• Plan and prioritize technology-focused backlog items for the architecture runway to enable business epics/features.
• Perform design and code reviews to ensure non-functional requirements are met (security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, reliability).
• Lead rapid shaping of a high-level architecture with evolving requirements and ensure architecture is flexible and modular.
• Educate team members on technology practices and best practices to create innovative solutions.
• Clarify architecture and assist with system design for development teams and provide solution options to resolve impediments.
• Utilize best practices and templates to create architectural designs and suggest improvements.
