Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–6 years in commercial insights or strategic analysis.
• Experience in a global investment firm or major financial institution is essential.
• Strong commercial judgment, project management and data-visualisation skills.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with Power BI or Tableau.
• Technical proficiency in Python and Prompt Engineering for automating research or reporting workflows.
• Experience with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) or climate-related data analysis is highly regarded.
• Clear written and verbal communication; CRM or engagement-data experience is useful.

The role works closely with investor relations and external communications, translating complex data into recommendations that shape client engagement, product thinking and business strategy.

You will combine hands-on analysis with stakeholder partnership. The work covers defining business intelligence needs, presenting conclusions to senior leaders, and collaborating with data and software teams to improve the information and systems behind commercial decisions.

The Role
