MGT, formerly Cicero, invites you to join its Analyst Internship program in Salt Lake City, Utah. This 10-week summer internship offers exposure to strategy consulting, where you will research and analyze to inform our strategic recommendations and collaborate with teams on multiple projects.

You will be mentored and encouraged to develop new skills, with professional development activities and events with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have completed junior year at a 4-year college or university
• Excellent academic record and grade point average
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to think independently and meaningfully collaborate with teams
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing
• Effective organization skills and ability to multi-task
• Exceptional ambition and leadership skills in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings

Responsibilities

• Execute the research and analyses that define our strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven solutions in projects such as Organization Transformation, Private Equity Due Diligence, Strategic Development/Implementation, Market Research & Assessments
• Be paired with a mentor who will help you identify and fulfill your personal and professional goals and support your integration into project teams
