Job summary

The Walt Disney Company, via Walt Disney Imagineering in Celebration, FL, is seeking a WDI Business Planning & Strategy Intern for Spring 2027. You will support data-driven decision making across show design and delivery, collaborating with diverse stakeholders from Business Development, Project Management, Engineers, Designers, Planners and Producers.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
Experience with cross-functional teams and technical environments is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities required.

Responsibilities

Sustain ongoing strategic initiatives including website development through WordPress and BI tools (Tableau, AirTable, Snowflake).
Create dashboards and visualizations to improve project visibility and operations.
Support ad-hoc business requests for scope management, performance tracking, and vendor relations.
Transform complex data sets into concise reports to support decision-making.
Manage Studio databases using SQL in Snowflake environment.
Administer user access to multiple BI platforms.
Integrate historical project data and analytics into regular planning and reporting across disciplines.
Support the work-plan process for internal projects with milestones and spend tracking.
