Pilot Company is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Intern to join our Knoxville, Tennessee team for the summer of 2027. You will assist with marketing analytics, analyze guest behavior, and support data‑driven decisions under experienced mentors in our Data & AI group.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an undergrad degree in analytics or a related field, with strong Excel and SQL skills, and a collaborative, curious mindset ready to contribute to real business impact in a lo y‑strength environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with large datasets is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and problem‑solving abilities; ability to navigate ambiguity and develop creative solutions.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze promotional and guest behavior data to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Work with large datasets using Excel and SQL to derive insights.
• Assess impact of marketing packages and promotions on revenue and guest engagement.
• Develop data‑driven recommendations to support strategic decisions and improve promotional performance.
