Job summary

Aaalberts integrated piping systems is seeking a Strategy Analyst for its Americas region. You will drive the strategy cadence, annual planning, and pricing analysis while supporting commercial strategy with market and competitive intelligence, and data-backed decision making.

Expect cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, pricing, and operations teams. The role requires strong Excel/Power BI skills, experience with AI-enabled workflows, and the ability to translate complex data into HQ-ready

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
3-5 years in corporate strategy, management consulting, FP&A, analytics or market research.
Strong analytical skills in Excel and Power BI; able to build models/dashboards from raw data.
Fluent with generative AI tools for research and presentation drafting; AI workflows a plus.
Executive-grade PowerPoint and ability to craft HQ-ready decks without supervision.

Responsibilities

Run strategy cadence and annual planning; support pricing, customer and channel analysis.
Produce market and competitive intelligence; maintain strategy roadmap and initiatives.
Prepare materials for executive strategy sessions and oversee timelines.
Analyze performance by segment, channel, customer and product; support commercial priorities.
Maintain Power BI models (e.g., pricing, market share, forecast) and dashboards.
