The Strategy Analyst Internposition is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide you with hands on experience that aligns with your interests and skillsets. Throughout your internship you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that directly impact the business. In addition, you will gain exposure to our senior leadership through our Amp’d Up with Leader Series and participate in different social activities with other interns and team members. To support your professional development, you will also have access to a variety of workshops designed to help you develop professional skills and you will be assigned a mentor in an area of interest to help you along the way.

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing abachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Current Junior with a graduation date between May/June 2028

• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders

Compensation:

Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will to be $20-$21/hour.

Working model and hours:

Our internship runs for 10 weeks and is designed as a hybrid experience—spend three days each week collaborating in-person at our Minneapolis headquarters and two days working remotely. Interns work about 40 hours per week.
