Job summary

NPK International inc. is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, growth, and value creation.

You will partner with stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop financial models to inform executive decisions. Reporting to Corporate Development & Strategy, you will contribute to strategic planning, market intelligence, and high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business advisory, corporate development, transaction advisory, strategic finance, or a similar analytical environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience developing financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support strategic initiatives across the organization through research, analysis, and business case development.
Analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
Conduct market, industry, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic opportunities and value creation initiatives.
Support strategic planning activities, including long-range planning and growth strategy development.
Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership and key stakeholder meetings.
Assist with the evaluation of acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and other corporate development opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
Track and measure the performance of strategic initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
