CoLab is seeking a Strategy team member to tackle important, ill-defined questions across the business. You may research emerging markets, build cases, analyze customer data, shape executive presentations, or join cross-functional projects.

You will ask insightful questions, gather and interpret information, and keep projects moving even without a detailed playbook. This role suits a curious, ambitious candidate eager to understand a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of relevant experience; exceptional new grads with strong internships or co-ops are encouraged to apply.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate what matters clearly.
• Comfortable taking ownership with limited direction while knowing when to ask for input or support. Genuine enthusiasm for learning how businesses, markets, customers, and products work.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS, consulting, startups, or Marketing, Sales, Product, or Customer Success teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research industry trends, market segments, competitors, and customer needs to uncover business opportunities.
• Support strategy development with rigorous research, data, insights, and hands-on execution.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on market and competitive research.
• Take ambiguous business questions, structure the problem, gather evidence, and recommend practical next steps.
• Build presentations, briefing documents, analyses, and other materials that help teams make better decisions.
• Own high-impact, cross-functional projects as new priorities and opportunities emerge.
• Turn what you learn into action rather than stopping at the analysis.
