Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)
FLSA: Exempt
Job Overview

The Strategy Analyst provides the data, analysis, and executive materials that support the SVP and VP, Partner Strategy & Development in setting and executing OEM partner strategy. Reporting to the SVP, the Analyst translates partner, product, and market data into forecasts, pricing models, and performance insights, and prepares the content behind steering committee decks, Monthly Business Reviews, RFP responses, and MSA negotiations. In this role you will own the analytical work product and first drafts of executive materials as well as manage the reporting calendar and data requests to Finance, Data, and Product on behalf of the SVP and VP.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide the data, analysis, and pipeline tracking that support the VP's account plans and revenue forecasts for assigned OEM partner programs
  • Analyze program performance (penetration, attach rates, loss ratios, product mix, dealer participation) and surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities to the SVP and VP
  • Model pricing, rate, and incentive-program scenarios to support commercial recommendations
  • Build business cases and ROI models for new programs, products, and partnership opportunities
  • Support the annual planning cycle and maintain the tracker of strategic initiatives, owners, and status
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends (OEM F&I programs, competitor offerings, regulatory shifts) and maintain a standing competitive intelligence brief
  • Consolidate partner and dealer feedback into structured input for Product and program teams
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from the SVP and VP with fast, decision-ready answers
  • Own the data, analysis, and first drafts of steering committee presentations, Monthly Business Reviews, and leadership updates
  • Produce partner scorecards and KPI dashboards; standardize recurring reporting so it runs on a predictable cadence
  • Prepare briefing materials for partner executive meetings, tradeshows, and internal leadership reviews
  • Document decisions, action items, and follow-ups from leadership and partner meetings
  • Support MSA and amendment negotiations with financial analysis, redline tracking, and term comparisons
  • Coordinate RFP responses: manage timelines, assemble content from Product, Legal, Risk, and Finance, and draft analytical sections
  • Support post-RFP debriefs to capture partner feedback, competitive insights, and lessons that strengthen future proposals
  • Maintain a status tracker for all open negotiations, RFPs, and commercial commitments

The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
