Gallery Media Group is a modern media company dedicated to 'Make Positivity Louder.' GMG focuses on current consumer attention and continues to evolve.

GMG includes brands like PureWow, Coveteur, and social media accounts such as @cocktails and @ballplayers, reaching over 200M consumers. It also has an experiential division called Gallery Houses and a strong influencer marketing business.

Founded in 2010 by CEO Ryan Harwood, GMG is part of VaynerX, owned by Gary Vaynerchuk.

We seek a mid-level strategist to develop and execute social media and influencer marketing strategies, working with our Influencer, Client Services, and Brand Strategy teams to enhance brand influencer approaches and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic campaigns, including seasonal, launch, initiative, and event-focused strategies.
  2. Analyze social landscape opportunities and create content and talent strategies aligned with brand goals and KPIs.
  3. Leverage social platform expertise to generate reactive content based on cultural trends.
  4. Design and present strategy decks with clarity and creativity.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to integrate influencer strategies with broader marketing efforts.
  6. Set goals and KPIs, and plan measurement and reporting, utilizing multiple dashboards.
  7. Provide regular qualitative and quantitative campaign analyses, including content review and strategic recommendations.

Reporting:

  • Generate insights from campaigns and social landscape benchmarks, both in real-time and during key milestones.

Be the Influencer Marketing Expert:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships within the influencer community.
  • Stay updated on platform changes across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Keep abreast of influencer marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years at an influencer, talent, or social media agency.
  • Preferred in beauty, fashion, or women’s lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns supporting influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge of content and influencer management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and influencers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • A creative, data-driven thinker who balances art and science in social content and influencer marketing.

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Additional Information:

  • Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 USD, depending on skills, experience, and location.
  • Benefits include 401k with match, health insurance, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and wellness benefits.
