Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an experienced Zuora Billing Architect to own our end-to-end billing ecosystem, spanning Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, and Kantata (PPPM). You will design, optimize, and maintain scalable billing solutions across revenue operations, finance, sales, and services teams.

The role requires deep expertise in Zuora objects, CPQ integrations, and recurring revenue models, with a focus on data integrity and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and API
• Expertise in Salesforce CPQ integration with Zuora Orders
• Strong understanding of subscription and recurring revenue models
• Experience designing bidirectional integrations between Zuora and third-party platforms
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and integration middleware
• Translate complex billing requirements into scalable designs
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the end-to-end CPQ → Zuora Orders flow with clean data transformation
• Design and govern Zuora catalog structures (Rate Plans, Charges, Amendments)
• Own integration between Zuora and Kantata (PPPM) and revenue recognition alignment
• Lead technical discovery, solutioning, and documentation for new billing use cases
• Collaborate with Salesforce CPQ admins to ensure accurate quote translation to Zuora orders
• Define data integrity standards across the CPQ → Zuora → Finance pipeline
• Troubleshoot billing exceptions and integration failures promptly
• Build and maintain Zuora Workflows for automated billing operations
• Drive upgrades, sandbox testing, and release management for Zuora
• Create technical docs, data dictionaries, and runbooks
• Evaluate enhancements to the billing tech stack as needs evolve
