Job summary

Allianz Commercial is seeking a Zonal Distribution Leader based in San Francisco or Los Angeles for a hybrid role. You will drive field operations, coordinate with Zonal Underwriting, client development and national leaders to shape and execute key account and broker distribution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify key growth accounts and develop strategic account plans.
• Lead broker engagement as primary interface with Zone Executives and LoBs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Claims, and underwriting to deliver zone strategies.
• Promote One Allianz approach to clients and brokers across the zone.
• Drive training and development aligned with MM Vision of Sales culture.
