The Workplace Consultant will meet sales and gross profit goals by identifying opportunities with existing and qualified prospects, both over the phone and in person, and manage client projects in collaboration with Design, Sales Services, and Furniture Operations.

You'll build relationships, present proposals, quote products, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed Workspace furniture sales and gross profit goals by identifying sales opportunities with existing and qualified prospective clients.
• Manage customer projects in collaboration with Interior Design, Sales Services, and Furniture Operations; facilitate client requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain ongoing professional relationships and communications with client accounts to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Create high-quality quotes, bids, and proposals and follow up to close business.
