Job summary

Eetdbuyersguide is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and supervise high-value construction projects in the United States. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and ensure alignment with safety standards and customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in major construction, strong PMBOK knowledge, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. This full-time role requires on-site leadership and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; or associate degree with 7+ years experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in major construction or complex projects.
• PMP certification preferred; PMBOK knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and supervise assigned project activities for customers.
• Ensure safety processes and a safe working environment; Target Zero focus.
• Review and coordinate project plan, schedule, budget, tools and staff.
• Communicate project details and status; lead planning meetings.
• Develop partnerships with internal and external customers, contractors, vendors, and agencies.
• Provide technical guidance, instruction, and training to improve design and costs.
• Aim for maximum customer satisfaction and profitable project performance.
• Make informed decisions on long-range plans based on risk analysis.
• Identify and resolve complex problems requiring facility design knowledge.
• Lead preparation and presentation of complex designs to senior management and regulators.
