Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Design Lead in Richmond, VA to drive corporate real estate design from programming through occupancy. This in-office role requires 7+ years in interior design and construction project management, with strong leadership and budgeting skills.

The position emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in corporate design and construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven track record of independently leading projects with schedule and budget accountability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop test fits for proposed locations independently or with external consultants.
• Review construction drawings and incremental progress sets.
• Develop and manage furniture plans and selections.
• Lead furniture selections with local dealers including quotations.
• Create signage packages for new/relocated offices and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with AV/IT, Security, Facilities, and other units for project execution.
