Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with business partners through outreach and engagement.
• Serve as a trusted workforce consultant to employers in assigned sectors/geography.
• Develop and present Business Solutions Plans tailored to employer needs.
• Coordinate service delivery, including hiring events, training cohorts, and initiatives.
• Maintain employer records and performance data; collaborate with education and industry partners.
