Responsibilities

  • Lead recurring workforce planning activities including enterprise planning, forecasting, scenario planning, and capacity planning.
  • Translate business priorities into workforce planning actions, assumptions, and recommendations.
  • Support governance routines, issue resolution, and decision-making forums.
  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, CAO/CFO teams, HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to align workforce plans with broader business planning needs.
  • Drive ongoing workforce planning transformation and process modernization.
