Edward Jones is seeking a Workflow Analyst to join Tailored Branch Support in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on strategic workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling analysis, staffing model development, and operational support to enhance client and branch experiences.

The ideal candidate translates data into actionable recommendations, improving efficiency, service levels, and business outcomes. Hours start at 9:00 AM CST to 6:00 PM CST, with a focus on analytics, reporting, and cross-functional

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with large data sets and translating insights into recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain volume forecasts to support staffing and planning.
Generate, maintain, and analyze scheduling and workforce reports.
Identify trends and recommend scheduling adjustments based on business needs.
Collaborate on process improvements and participate in initiatives across Tailored Branch Support.
Maintain an active development plan and lead development discussions with leadership.
