Responsibilities

• Leading the development, implementation, and execution of key mission support processes for the sector.
• Advising the Chief Patrol Agent (CPA) and Deputy Chief Patrol Agent (DCPA) of a sector and other managers on DHS, CBP, and USBP key mission support processes.
• Ensuring the integration of assigned areas with strategic plans to support processes within MROD and all USBP stations within a sector.
• Developing short-term and long-term plans to improve, upgrade the delivery of services and facilities.
• Directing and overseeing the execution of budget, logistics, facilities, procurement and quality assurance programs.
