Valley Health System is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to support the Access & Navigation Center. The role involves forecasting, scheduling, staffing, and workforce reporting to help manage service levels and operational performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on experience with WFM applications in a contact center environment, plus an Associate’s degree in business management or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business management or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts, schedules, staffing, and workforce reporting for the Access & Navigation Center.
• Collects and analyzes workforce data to support leadership in managing service levels and staffing plans.
• Provides routine and ad hoc reporting; monitors workforce trends and supports schedule management to ensure coverage.
• Identifies workforce variances and supports process improvement with leadership and cross-functional teams.
