Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of progressive experience in workforce/labor relations.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a team comprising craft recruiters and workforce specialists.
• Strong relationship leadership and confidentiality handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on U.S. labor relations and workforce planning.
• Partner with operations and project teams to evaluate labor market conditions.
• Educate leaders on compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Assess workforce risks and advise on risk-aligned strategies.
• Lead and coach supervisors through disciplinary processes up to termination.
• Arbitrate and lead union negotiations as needed.
• Develop project labor agreements and workforce strategies across markets.
• Oversee drug and alcohol programs and compliance.
