Qualifications

• Proficiency with Tableau or BI/reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, financial, and business data from multiple sources to support staffing, capacity, resource planning, and decision-making.
• Develop forecasts and analytical models to evaluate current and future workforce needs.
• Translate data into actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations using Tableau and BI tools.
• Collaborate with BI teams to identify reporting needs and develop solutions.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by evaluating staffing requirements and costs.
• Assess impacts of onboarding new business groups and align workforce plans with goals.
• Exercise independent judgment in significant matters and contribute to strategic planning.
