Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and interpreting large or complex data sets to drive business decisions.
• Experience with workforce management, capacity planning, staffing models, or operational forecasting.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings through storytelling and executive presentations.
• Proficiency with Tableau and other reporting, BI, or data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, financial, and business data to support staffing, capacity, and planning; identify trends, risks, opportunities, and capacity gaps.
• Develop forecasts and models to evaluate current and future workforce needs based on demand and growth.
• Translate data into actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and BI tools to support planning.
• Collaborate with BI teams and stakeholders to address reporting needs and develop solutions.
• Assist budgeting and financial planning by forecasting workforce costs and providing data-driven recommendations.
