Job summary

Comcast in Colorado is seeking an Analyst 3 in Business Operations & Analytics to drive pricing analysis, margin optimization, and reporting across multiple product lines. You will partner with Finance to model COGS, provide actionable insights, and support revenue strategies in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, advanced Excel/SQL/Python analytics, and collaboration with multiple teams to track performance and deliver regular management reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Wholesale Voice, IP Transit, peering or CDN pricing preferred with experience managing both US Domestic and International Voice Termination accounts, including rate sheet development, forecasting, and bill dispute resolution.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience interacting with all levels of management and be comfortable interacting with customers.
• Expertise in Excel, database applications and other analytical tools used for modeling, report creation, and trend forecasting.
• Strong attention to details and solid analytical skills coupled with the ability to aggressively manage deadlines and goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform various types of analysis to help create value in price points and market tactics in order to maximize margin opportunities that support the BU’s strategic pricing initiatives.
• Tracker of day-to-day financial performance across assigned customer base and proactively keep all stakeholders up-to-date on important financial shifts in the business.
• Provide accurate, timely, and complete assessment of significant swings in traffic.
• Load rate sheets into all required systems and tools to ensure proper and accurate billing of customers.
• Clearly define risks and opportunities within deal structures so that the BU can make informed decisions.
