Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking an Advisor, HRBP Field Operations based at the Borger Refinery in Borger, TX. You will partner with business leaders to shape and execute integrated people strategies, advise on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations while guiding governance of CBAs.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of exempt-level experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1+ years in a consultative HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders and/or executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to shape and execute integrated people strategies.
• Assess organizational and talent implications and advise executives on actions.
• Lead workforce planning to ensure capabilities for current and future needs.
• Lead organizational design discussions to align structure with business objectives.
• Provide coaching to senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and HR policy application.
• Shape enterprise processes with Centers of Excellence and service delivery partners.
• Monitor organizational health using data and KPIs to drive action.
• Drive and deploy enterprise talent standards and engagement actions.
• Lead succession and talent reviews for executives and high-potential talent.
