Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 8+ years in HR technology with deep Workday expertise.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering Workday HCM reporting.
• Experience managing 75+ Workday integrations and complex data flows.
• Strong knowledge of security, governance, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope, design, and delivery of Workday Extend solutions for HR use cases.
• Prioritize and manage demand across multiple Workday technology streams.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for the HRIS technology team and ensure quality delivery.
• Establish governance standards for reporting, analytics, and integrations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders.
