Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A systems, enterprise planning, or financial systems architecture.
• Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Certification is required.
• Deep hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and workforce planning.
• Experience owning planning platforms and roadmap definition.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic architect for the Adaptive Planning platform.
• Build partnerships with Finance and HR leadership.
• Translate planning requirements into actionable models.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and auditability.
• Operate as a platform owner within a matrixed organization.
