Job summary

CoinCortex Finance is seeking a Web3 Brand & Community Lead to own storytelling, community programs, and channel presence across a remote/hybrid team. You will drive product launches, partnerships, and daily engagement to keep communication credible and consistent.

The role requires managing social and Discord operations, collaborating with KOLs and ecosystems, and translating technical work into clear narratives for both institutional buyers and crypto-native users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in brand, community, or growth roles in crypto or Web3.
• Hands-on experience running Discord, Twitter/X, and KOL or ecosystem partnerships.
• Strong writing, campaign planning, and community moderation judgment.
• Ability to speak to both institutional buyers and crypto-native users.
• Track record of shipping campaigns with measurable engagement or pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

• Own brand voice, editorial calendar, and community programs.
• Operate Twitter/X, Discord, and related Web3 channels to a production standard.
• Build KOL, ecosystem, and partner collaborations that support launches.
• Convert product and engineering work into trusted public narratives.
• Moderate community spaces, report on engagement, and protect brand reputation.
