Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Technical Program Analyst to support SP26 for the CMC program aboard CLB and UK Dreadnought submarines in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes schedule and risk analysis, coordination across sites, and ensuring deliverables meet requirements.

The candidate will engage with senior leaders, manage documentation related to activation and post-delivery readiness, and work within DoD program environments that demand rigor and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with program management and systems engineering.
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET strongly preferred) or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

  • Support SP26’s efforts related to the Common Missile Compartment (CMC) program for CLB and UK Dreadnought submarines.
  • Perform schedule and risk analysis and review technical deliverables for alignment with requirements.
  • Coordinate with DC-based SP26 team and SWS facilities to enable installation and testing activities.
  • Track deficiencies and provide leadership with regular updates on issue resolution.
