Job summary

Rockland Trust is seeking a Commercial Financial Consultant to help expand the Investment Management Group (IMG) brand and deepen client relationships while driving assets under management growth.

You will develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives with Commercial Banking partners to deliver tailored wealth management solutions for business owners, high-net-worth families, nonprofits, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of successful sales, business development, wealth management, or financial services experience.
• CFP designation or progress toward certification highly preferred.
• Experience serving business owners and delivering comprehensive financial strategies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to enhance the IMG brand and drive growth in assets under management.
• Partner with Commercial Banking teams to identify opportunities within existing client and prospect relationships.
• Build and maintain strong referral networks with accountants, attorneys, and other professional advisors.
• Deliver consultative wealth management solutions tailored to business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Foster trusted relationships that result in long-term client engagement and referral growth.
• Represent IMG in the marketplace through networking, community involvement, and targeted business development activities.
