Rockland Trust, a full-service commercial bank founded in 1907 in Massachusetts, seeks a Commercial Financial Consultant to expand the Investment Management Group (IMG) and deepen client relationships.

The role will develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to engage commercial clients, prospects, and trusted advisors, delivering tailored wealth management solutions for business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and nonprofits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and centers of influence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present confidently.
• Experience delivering comprehensive wealth management strategies for business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
• Familiarity with fiduciary services, investment advisory, and retirement planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to expand the IMG brand and drive assets under management.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking teams to identify opportunities within client and prospect relationships.
• Build and maintain referral networks with accountants, attorneys, and other advisors.
