ALO in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Production / Wave Planning Manager to translate daily and weekly demand into an executable production plan for the distribution center. You will lead the Wave Planning team, coordinating with Operations, Labor Planning, WMS, and Capacity Planning to keep products flowing from receiving to shipping.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or higher in supply chain, engineering, or business with relevant field.
• 5+ years in distribution, fulfillment, or production planning.
• Experience leading a wave planning or production-control function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Develop and maintain the site's daily production plan based on demand and capacity.
• Translate network priorities into executable site plans.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility of workload across receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Identify bottlenecks and adjust priorities to meet service targets.
• Lead the Wave Planning team and ensure effective work release strategies.
